1. Overview
JKW-13 series reactive power automatic compensation controller, with high-performance 32-bit microprocessor as the core device, using Fourier series decomposition algorithm to obtain all power fundamental data, especially suitable for harmonic sources Automatic compensation of reactive power compensation in power system. The controller can provide up to 32 control loops (the 32-loop type provides 12 loops for the controller, and the loop expander provides 12 or 20 loops). Each type of controller provides 12 kinds of capacitor bank switching methods (output code), the user can choose by modifying the control parameters, and the output loop can be adjusted arbitrarily. The LCD display is used for conversational operation with the user, and the Chinese interface is simple and easy to understand. With shortcut function keys, just click a button to complete the function switching action, which simplifies the installation and debugging work. Once the control parameters are modified, they will be saved permanently and will not be lost after power failure. Provide RS485 interface, can realize four remote functions. The combination of fundamental power factor and fundamental reactive power is used to control the switching of the capacitor bank. The switching is stable without switching oscillation, and it is not sensitive to voltage harmonic current harmonic interference. It is suitable for the automatic control of reactive power compensation of power system with AC 45Hz-65Hz and 0.4KV below.

(13) Forced circulation function: For the balanced use of capacitors, when a certain group of capacitors is in the input state for a long time, the system will use an idle equal-capacitance capacitor bank for forced replacement under the condition that there is no switching state after four hours of continuous operation.
(14) Switching and switching lockout function: When switching oscillation occurs, the controller will automatically lock and cut off the capacitor bank.
(15) The initial phase preset function can adjust the polarity of the current signal through software, which is convenient to solve the solution of the wrong polarity of the current signal line.
(16) The controller with communication function produced by the company is equipped with free application background software (users can download and install on the company's website). This software can run on the Windows-2000-Xp operating system, and the entire software is graphics The interface is simple to operate. Many operations can be completed by clicking the mouse. The main functions include remotely modifying control parameters, viewing control parameters, viewing power parameters, viewing capacitor bank switching status, and remotely switching capacitor banks.

5. Conditions of use
(1) The altitude is not higher than 2500 meters.
(2) Ambient temperature: -20°C to +45°C.
(3) The air humidity does not exceed 50% at 40°C, and does not exceed 90% at 20°C.
(4) There is no corrosive gas, no conductive dust, and no flammable and explosive media in the surrounding environment.
