Main purpose and scope of application
ZYGL series load isolation switches are suitable for industrial and enterprise power distribution equipment with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, DC voltage up to 440V, and agreed heating current up to 3200A. Used for infrequently connecting and breaking circuits and electrical isolation. It is widely used in power distribution systems and automation systems in construction, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.
ZYGLZ conversion load isolation switch. It is composed of two ZYGL load isolation switches stacked up and down or left and right. It is suitable for the switching of two-way power supply or the conversion and safety isolation of two load equipment.

Model and meaning

The switch adopts a modular design, which is suitable for connecting and breaking circuits or electrical isolation. Above 1000A is only used for electrical isolation.
The switch adopts a spring energy storage, instantaneous release accelerated closing mechanism and a contact structure that connects and disconnects in parallel with double breakpoints at the same time, which greatly improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the product. The switch adopts glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester molding compound and manual operation handle, which has high dielectric performance, protection ability and reliable operation safety.
The switch has 3 poles and 4 poles (3 poles + can be switched on and off the neutral pole).
There is a marking window on the front of the switch to indicate the on-off status of the contacts. A rear observation window can be provided as needed to directly observe the on-off status of the contacts to ensure the reliability and safety of the switch operation. The handle can be directly installed on the switch for operation (referred to as the operation inside the cabinet), and can also be operated outside the power distribution cabinet door through the extension shaft (referred to as the operation outside the cabinet), providing convenient operation.
It can provide normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts and installation of special bottom plate and rear wiring method of the front plate according to the needs to meet the various needs of customers. In the breaking position "0", two to three locks can be used to lock the handle to prevent misoperation.
